Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Prism. It is part of our Terms of Service. Because we route generations to third-party AI models through kie.ai, you must also comply with those providers' own usage rules. If your request violates this AUP, we may filter it, refuse it, remove outputs, or suspend your account.
Prohibited content and uses
You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors, in any form. We report suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexual or nude depictions of real, identifiable people created without consent.
- Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes of real people intended to defraud, defame, or mislead — including fake endorsements, fabricated statements, or synthetic media presented as authentic.
- Election or civic deception, such as content designed to suppress voting or spread false information about voting or officials.
- Harassment, hate, or incitement — content that threatens, harasses, bullies, or promotes violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Violent extremism — content that promotes terrorism or violent extremist organizations, or that provides instructions for weapons, explosives, or other means of mass harm.
- Illegal goods and activity — facilitating the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen data, or other unlawful conduct.
- Malicious software or security abuse — malware, phishing, credential theft, or content designed to compromise systems.
- Fraud and scams, including spam, fake reviews, deceptive marketing, or financial fraud.
- Infringing content — material that infringes others' copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Private or sensitive personal data used without a lawful basis, including doxxing.
Platform integrity
You also agree not to:
- Circumvent, disable, or probe our filters, rate limits, moderation, or security controls.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties in a way that violates these rules, or attempt to obscure prohibited use behind your own product.
- Scrape, overload, or attack the Service, or use automated means to abuse credits or free resources.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where doing so is deceptive or unlawful, or omit disclosure required by law.
Enforcement
We may review requests and outputs to enforce this policy and our providers' rules. Depending on severity, we may block a specific request, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate your account, and, where required, report unlawful activity to authorities. Balance associated with terminated accounts is handled under our Refund Policy.
